[EAL] Forward into the Past XX

Forward Into The Past is a one-day symposium that arranges speakers on a broad range of historical topics including the arts and crafts practiced by various cultures, history of particular regions, cultures, or times, and where feasible allows this learning to be conducted in a hands-on environment.

An open-format day, Forward Into The Past is designed to allow academics, experimental archaeologists, members of the public, and members of various historical re-enactment and recreation groups to gather and explore history.

FITP will be held in the Peters Building at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Directions from Toronto
Take the 401 west towards London
Take exit 278 to Highway 8 west (toward Kitchener/Waterloo)
Take the Highway 85 exit (right two lanes) towards Waterloo
Take the University Ave. West exit (second University exit)
Continue down University Avenue - Laurier will be on your left-hand side

Directions from London
Take the 401 east towards Toronto
Take exit 278B/Highway 8 west on to King Street East towards Kitchener
Head right onto Highway 8 west towards Kitchener
Take the Highway 85 exit (right two lanes) towards Waterloo
Take the second University exit (University Avenue West)
Continue down University Avenue - Laurier will be on your left-hand side

If you are using mapping software you are headed to basically 90 University Ave W, Waterloo, ON.

Parking is available in a number of locations.
There are restriction on weekend parking so please do not park in lots 12, 15, 18, 19A, 21, 30, 31, 35, 36 and 38. The closest lot to the Peters Building is lot 14 which is entered off Albert St or Bricker Ave.
