Viewers in despair that the last part of the Lord of the Rings trilogy will soon be released, thus ending the series, may find new hope. Complex copyright issues might hold up filming of the popular fantasy, but Jackson says he is definitely interested.

The filming of the Lord of the Rings trilogy took seven years, and an exhausted director could certainly be expected to rest on his laurels. This is not the case, however, since he will soon begin working on his newest project, King Kong.
