Site fee: $12 adults for Saturday only, $16 for weekend; $6 children 12-17 Saturday only, 11 and under free; $25 family cap (one or two parents and their minor children of the same residence), plus KET and NMS (where applicable)
Feast fee: $10 booked and paid by January 31, $12 February 1 and after. Children 12 and under half price.

This is to be a major indoor “great hall” camping event with sleepover. A few carpeted rooms (offices) are reservable on first-come-first-served basis with pre-paid site fee (with Reservation Steward) - minimum occupancy of 4 depending on availability. All others use floor space as desired. There will be many activities including heavy combat, Their Excellencies' Novice Tournament, archery, fencing, A&S, presence competition, silent auction, merchants, feast, dance, Roman Baths and more. We have a huge site, (well heated empty warehouse), plenty of free parking, conveniently close to Hwy 400.
Novice Tournament: "Their Excellencies, Percival & Christiana, will be sponsoring a Grand Prize Tournament for Novice Heavy Fighters. Fighters authorized less than 2 years and never won a tournament. Format will include Single weapon and Shield as well as opportunities for alternate weapons forms so get those authorizations you have been thinking about done. Winners will be based on a combination of fighting skill, chivalry, appearance and period kit as well as a secret element to be announced the day of the tournament."
Banners: all individuals, cantons, baronies, shires, etc. are asked/ encouraged to bring all and any banners they can to help brighten up the event space. We can provide rope if necessary. To this end there will be a Presence Competition so set up the best personal/canton/household/barony/shire presence you can, presences will be judged, a feast box goes to the winner .
A&S competition by bean count, classes and work area for those who wish to work on their projects. If you wish to teach a class, please contact Lady Anne of Saffron Walden (wpmaurice at csolve.net). To date, we are expecting to offer classes on Runes, illumination, bow making and book binding.
Silent Auction: please bring any SCA related items you no longer need/want - they will be set out for a pre-determined amount of time, you keep up to 80% of the proceeds, 20% (or more if you wish) goes to Kingdom.
Merchants: please contact autocrat, THL Augystyn von Brixen (nwest at mhcp.on.ca) to reserve a table. Tables not reserved cannot be guaranteed on the day.
Sleeping areas: anyone wishing to sleep over Friday and/or Saturday night can set up their sleeping area, with tents if desired, and leave them there for the duration. There are also a limited number of carpeted rooms (empty offices) that may be reserved through the Reservation Steward on a first-come-first-served basis with pre-paid site fee. All others take floor space in the hall as desired.
Directions: Proceed to Hwy 400 from the north or south, take exit 90 – Mapleview Drive East, keep right on Mapleview Drive; at .4 km turn left (north) onto Bayview Drive, proceed north for 2 km to 286 on your left. Enter building from parking lot at rear.
