So in this year Anno Sociatatis XIV on the 16th day of the first month of the year, the month the Romans dedicate to Janus and he Anglo-Saxons refer to as Wolfmonth, Their Majesties have asked the Shire of Panthervale to gather together in the warm, spacious, newly refurbished halls of the Barre Auditorium in the Granite Capitol of the Known World - Barre, Vermont- as many of the gentles of the East Kingdom and beyond as wish to join them in a celebration of the Twelfth Night.
Our celebration will begin at the break of day. Preparations and inspections for tourneys in Heavy List, Youth combat and Fencing will begin as the gates open on the main floor. Showers are available in the locker rooms. There is ample room for merchants in the main lobby. As the populace enters there will be an opportunity to bid on the wondrous offerings for in the Royal travel Fund Auction.
Throughout the day there will be A&S classes covering a variety of subjects and skills. Children's activities will be offered through the day and there will even be a small archery range( indoors)- just for the kids!
There will be live musical performances offered in different areas throughout the site all day long.
We will host a Dessert Subtilties contest in the evening.
There will be a morning day board with light fare for all.
This is a wet site, but all drinks must be supplied and served by a licensed caterer. We will have a licensed cash bar on site from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.The legal drinking age in Vermont is 21. We have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking.
Feast will be served at 3:00 p.m. for a holiday meal that takes a journey through the Holy Lands.
Their Royal Majesties Konrad and Brenwen, King and Queen of the East will hold court following feast.
Then let the dancing commence until the close of the event!

Take your best route to I-89. Take exit 7 ( Barre-Berlin exit).** Merge onto VT-62 East. Go through two lights. At the third light continue straight onto East 62 to East 302 to Barre. Follow 62/302 East down the hill and continue through one light. At the bottom of the hill is the second light and the juntion with N. Main street. Turn right onto N. Main Street, go one block, on the left is a sign for the Barre City Auditorium on Seminary Street.Turn left onto Seminary street, continue across Summer Street and continue up the hill to the Barre City Auditorium.

Although the invitation above refers to deep snow and howling winds, you should know that the Barre Audtitorium is the site of many professional basketball and hockey games. Therefore, the parking facilities and the roads to the auditorium are well maintained.In fact, from I-89 thre is a four-lane highway to within a block of the entrence to the auditorium.
