William Castille elevated to Pelican in Lochac

Glynyhavr reports that Their Majesties Gabriel and Constanzia, King and Queen of Lochac, have elevated William Castille to the order of the Pelican.

The elevation took place at the November 7, 2009 12 Tourneys Celebration in Bacchus Wood.
