With another glorious Pennsic War behind us the Canton of Steltonwald invites one and all to assemble for a weekend of fighting, fencing, and feasting.

Friday evening there will be a dagger pit tourney held by torchlight. Bring your own dagger or use those provided.

Saturday will begin with Baronial Champions Tourneys for heavy weapons and rapier. Immediately following the Champion Tourneys the charity tournaments will begin. For entry into the lists we ask for a donation of one toy per combatant.

All are encouraged, but not required, to bring donation toys to the event. This is a perfect chance for us to make a difference in a young child’s life as individuals and as a kingdom.

The event will be held at Raccoon Creek State Park in Hookstown, PA. Site opens on Friday August 28th at 5 p.m., and closes on Sunday August 30th at 11 a.m. Saturday’s lunch and feast will be prepared by Lord Bóvi Farmaðr. Those with dietary concerns should contact him at david_black42 (AT) yahoo.com

Checks should be made payable to “SCA, Inc - Canton of Steltonwald”. The $3.00 per person Non-Member surcharge will be collected at check-in for those gentles without proof of membership.

There is no tent camping on the site but day shades or pavilions are allowed on the list field. For those people wishing to stay in cabins they come in a few sizes. 2, 4 and 12 person cabins are available. If you plan to attend with a larger amount of people and are staying in a cabin please give that information in your pre-reg so space can be allotted accordingly. In addition for those staying in the cabins it is reccommended that if you have an air mattress or something of that nature you bring it as the beds provided are simple steel frames with uncomfortable steel springs.

As the site is in a State Park it is dry and there are no pets allowed. Assistance animals are permitted for individuals who require them.
