"Cinderella Goes to the Movies" at the Western Reserve Historical Society

An exhibit which "explores the art, costumes and history of the western Cinderella story," featuring costumes from "Cinderella" movies, is set to open at the Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cinderella story continues to be a central theme in western literature and film. Now a new exhibit, sponsored by the Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland, Ohio, will look at Hollywood's version of the popular theme. Among the 30 costumes included in this international exhibit put together by Cosprop, a costumier in London, are several which were used in the film "Ever After."
