The good news is that the replacement server is about 50% faster, has twice the memory, and has twice the available disk space. The bad news is that the hardware being updated from 32-bit to 64-bit processor caused us to have to reinstall much of the software rather than just copying it over. Fortunately, there were up to date backups of all the data that matters.
We are still finishing up some of the email configuration. In particular, the email lists (such as email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org) are still offline for now, and there may be problems with emailed password resets and new user accounts (or maybe not...we just got the email basics online, and those functions haven't been tested yet).
We'll have everything fully online as soon as possible, and in the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience of the extended outage.
