This year will be a camping event at Neil Butler Park, so we will have two days of games and merriment. As always we will bring back some of your favorite games, hobby horse joust, a scavenger hunt, cattle raid and the tossing of some kind of farm animal. We will also have games for the children and youth, this will not an official children's corner. There may be a few new games to try your hand at also. Once again the hard suitors will be out there "tending" the fields or so they say as they swing the farming tools at each other. We will have a silent auction with items donated by our wonderful local artisans. There are some trees but bring shade, discretely wet, pets on leashes, above ground fire pits only, stone privies, smoking is allowed, please be responsible. Merchants are welcome.
"Windale A&S is pleased to announce a Populace Choice Arts Competition. *Crafters: Please bring a project for your fellow SCAer to enjoy. Documentation is not required, but one or two pages of information would be welcomed. Please bring a non-breakable receptacle. **Populace judges: Counting stones will be supplied, or you can bring a trinket, to show your appreciation for a fine crafter."
