A+S competitions include: a potluck featuring dishes taken from, based upon or a pun of a traditional tale, a Medieval Science Faire, offering special points to anyone who can creatively (if not factually) disprove something regarded as modern fact and other A+S classes, contests and activities.
Guests are welcome. Housing, local transportation and hospitality will be joyfully provided.
Saturday April 18, 2009 Site opens at 9 a.m. closes at 9 p.m.
Site fee will be $9 for members $12 for non members ages 6-12 $5 under 5 free. Please bring at least one dish per family for the potluck.
There will be a post event bardic for populace 21 and over or accompanied by an adult and a rapier clinic the following day. These activities have no charge.
Site: Nemetz Gazebo on Lake Louise Drive. From the Airport turn right go over the bridge and immediately turn left. Take the first right, follow the road just under a mile until you see the SCA signs at Nemetz Gazebo.
