I would like to invite all who are interested and available to a fight practice that does not fall as per our normal schedule. On Monday 29 December 2008 I have arranged to use Lake Street Armouries.

I will be there at approximately 6:30pm and we can use it until approximately 11:30pm or so. If you know of any who might be interested in an indoor practice over the holidays that may not see this message please feel free to pass it on to them.

Directions: from outside of St Catharines, take QEW to St Catharines and get off at Lake Street. Head south (away from the lake) on Lake St . The armouries will be on the right hand of the street at the corner of Lake St and Welland Ave.
