The theme will be Black & White so feel free to come in whatever time-period you prefer and dress in all your finery. Masks are welcome for those wishing accessories but are not required. This will be a social event with activities for everyone progressing throughout the day and into the evening.
The Afternoon activities will go from 2-5pm: Dancing, Gaming, a Youth treasure hunt, Peer Circles and an Artisan's Showcase! There will be a dinner break from 5-7pm, there are microwaves available for those who wish to bring food and a list of local eating establishments will be available. There is no refrigerator available so please bring a cooler and plan to leave it in your car as there will be limited storage space indoors.
Evening Activities will begin at 7pm with Kingdom Court. This will be followed by a Silent Auction for the Royal Feast, a Dessert Competition and more Dancing and Gaming! A mask-making table will be set up for the Youth to use their creativity.
To make all this happen we will need assistance from all members of the Populace!
Her Royal Majesty requests all Artisans come and display your items, this is a wonderfully opportunity to show your work and get feedback from Our Gracious Queen and all the Laurels of our Kingdom. There will be a Populace Choice, Laurel's Choice and Queen's Choice awarded later in the day; documentation is not required but strongly encouraged in order to get commentary from all Artisans as we prepare to win the Estrella Arts Categories and begin preparations for next years Baronial and Kingdom Arts Competitions.
Please donate items for the Auction and be ready to bid on other items to support this event. Putting on a great feast is one of the hallmarks of Atenveldt Hospitality at Estrella each year. Please contact Duchess Elzbieta if you have any questions or items to donate: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Estrella Gift-basket coordinator is in need of items. Please bring your donations so we can all get a preview of the wonderful arts donated this year. Please contact Posadnitsa Ianuk with any questions or if you have items to donate: email@example.com
