The Crown of Aethelmearc announced that Serf & Turf IV, which was to be held October 19, 2002, has been cancelled. Baroness Juliana Richenda Trevain, AEthelmearc Seneschal, has made the following announcement:

"Unto the populace of the Kingdom of Aethelmearc.

It is with a heavy heart that the Crown, with consultation with the Kingdom Seneschal and Kingdom Exchequer, has made the following very difficult decisions:

The event known as Serf & Turf IV to be held in the Shire of Hartstone on Saturday, October 19, 2002 is CANCELLED.

The Thrown Weapons Champions Tourney is rescheduled to Saturday, November 9 at the event known as Celtic New Year being held in the Shire of Sunderoak

The Kingdom Officers meeting is rescheduled to Sunday, November 10, 2002 to follow the meeting of the Curia Regis in the Shire of Sunderoak.

Please contact the Sylvan Signet regarding the rescheduling of the Scribal Tea.
