Please note that if you do not cancel on or before the cancellation deadline, you must still pay for the event. This is because the money for the hall, and food is spent under the assumption that you will be there. Events can be cancelled if there aren't enough reservations

Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! Be it known that the Northern Shores Region will be hosting the Annual Arts & Sciences competition in the fair Barony of Ruantallan on November 29th. All citizens of the Northern Shores Region are encouraged to enter this competition, and show the East Kingdom the many talented artisans of our fair shores! Those living outside of the Northern Shores Region are invited to bring their projects to display as well, but they will not be allowed to enter the competition.

Doors will open at 9am, with all entrants encouraged to have their items ready and on display by 10am. Competition will begin promptly at 1030am and end at 2pm.

For those not interested in the arts, there will be space for rattan from 1pm until 4pm.

Pre-registration for the A&S is required. All entrants must notify the co-ordinator by November 19th to ensure adequate space is available. Rules for the A&S competition are available at http://www.northernshores.ca/events/nsras.htm

The A&S Competition for the Northern Shores. The competition will commence at 10:30am and conclude at 2pm. After the competition, the items will be on display until court.

9:00 – Site opens
10:00 – NSR Arts & Sciences Competition
10:30 – NSR Arts & Sciences judging commences (until 14:00)
12:00 – Baroness’s Tea
13:00 – Children’s Activities (until 16:00)
13:00 – Rattan commences (until 16:00)
14:00 – A&S display open to all
16:00 – Set up for court/feast – close the A&S
17:00 – Court
18:00 – Feast
