Come one, come all to the Barony of the Steppes on November 8th to celebrate the Coronation of Gunthar II and Elizabeth

10 am - Gate opens
12 pm - Step down court
1 pm - Coronation (or half an hour after the end of step down court)
2 pm - Peers meeting (or half an hour after coronation)
2:30 - GOOFS MTG
4 pm - Gate clases, setup for feast begins
5 pm - Feast
8 pm - Clean up / tear down
10 pm - Site closes

The Ladies of the Rose will be hosting a silent auction to raise funds for Gulf War.

Their Royal Highnesses are holding a Toys for Tots collection drive, in lieu of ponies for Gunthar. If you would like to contribute, please bring an unwrapped toy in its original packaging.

If you are interested in being a merchant at the Coronation of TRH Gunter and Elizabeth, please contact HL Margarite McBridin at chelle@bmhanson.net. Cost for merchants is $10.00

Site opens at 10:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm

Adult (14+) $10 *
Child (6-15) $5
Children 5 and under are free
Family Max $30

Feast $8
Feast is limited to 10 people. Pre-registration through ACCEPS is strongly encouraged. https://acceps.ansteorra.org/index.php ACCEPS will be available until October 31
* Those paying the adult site fee, who do not show proof of current membership, must pay additional $3 surcharge

The Family Max price covers a maximum of two adults of the same household and their legal minor children

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized waiver form from their parents.
