Ealdormere Crown Combatants announced

TH Lady Liadin Chu, Calygreyhound Herald of the Ealdormere College of Heralds, and Scribe to Their Majesties, reports that Their Majesties have announced the list of Combatants and their Consorts for the upcoming Crown Tournament.

Her Ladyship writes:

The Calygreyhounds Office of the College of Heralds of Ealdormere sends greetings the Their Majesties, and gathered assembly.

Please find following the Order of March for the Combatants for the up and coming Crown Tournament for King Etain and Queen Valfreya.

  • Duke Edouard Beausoleil, Knight of the Realm will honour Countess Domhnail Galbraith, Mistress of the Laurel
  • Duke Roak of Ealdormere, Knight of the Realm will honour Countess Jocea Valente
  • Duke Berus Wolfson, Knight of the Realm will again honour Duchess Marion Fitzwilliam, Mistress of the Pelican
  • Countess Susanna the Unyielding, Mistress of the Pelican will be honoured by Sir Wat of Sarum
  • Count Edward the Red, Knight of the Realm and Master of the Pelican will again honour Countess Rylyn Buchanan, Mistress of the Pelican
  • Count Master Trumbrand the Wanderer, Master of the Order of the Chivilry will again honour Countess Kaylah the Cheerful
  • Sir Evander MacLachlan will honour TH Lady Melusine de la Rose
  • Sir Konrad Mattais Jaeger, Master of the Pelican and Court Baron of Ealdormere will honour Mistress Alyce de Sheppey, Court Baroness of Ealdormere
  • Sir Nigel MacFarlane will Honour Baroness Adrielle Kerrec, Mistress of the Laurel and the Pelican
  • Sir Siegfried Brandboern, Court Baron of Ealdormere will honour TH Lady Mauvrneen MacKellar
  • Baron Luke Wolfson will be honoured by Baroness Dagmar Halvdan
  • Baron Richard Larmer will honour Lady Annabelle Makmyllane
  • TH Lord Tiberius of Warwickshire for TH Lady Anne Tinker
  • TH Lady Seonag Nic Thomais will be honoured by Lord Streonwold Wulfesbana
  • Lady Jocelyne Roget de Cranwall will be honoured by Lord Quilliam of Septentria
Please note that in each couples case, the first listed is the higher ranking Noble unless the couples ranks are the same in which case, the combatant is listed before the consort.("will again honour")

Traditionally introductions of the combatants are done starting with the highest ranking couple first, but this format is entirely up to Their Majesties on the day of the Tournament.
