[WES] Cynagua Fall Coronet 2008

Their Highnesses Marc and Arianwen call upon the populace to witness the selection of Their Heirs at a Coronet Tournament on Saturday. On Sunday, there will be two tournaments: One to determine the next Prima Spada, and also a Toys for Tots Tournament. Price for entry into the Toys for Tots competition is one brand new toy costing $10 or more. Get more fighting in and help make a child smile this holiday season! There will be a Heavy fighter field and a Rapier field. Please contact Duchess Emma Fitzwilliam for more information.

There will also be a Princess' Tea on Sunday, hosted by the Cynaguan Culinary Guild. Come share in the bounty with your Princess as she greets the new Lady of the Swan.

There is a lake with a swimming area immediately adjacent to our camping areas; ONLY the designated swimming area should be used, as the remainder of the lakebed is not kept free of debris. A small concession stand, showers and flush privies are on site.

All animals must be leashed and attended or else confined at all times. We will be sharing this site with others, take reasonable precautions regarding valuables. All fires must be eighteen inches off of the ground; NO ground fires or dumping of ashes allowed! Vehicles are not allowed onto the camping areas; bring handcarts if you have them. Parking near the camping area is limited, plan to unload your vehicles and move them to the overnight parking at the earliest possible time to ensure unloading space for people arriving after you. Additional parking is available approximately a quarter of a mile away by the administration offices. The park gate closes at 7 PM and the usual SCA lock will be in place, however we will have the gate open late Friday night.

Merchants: Please contact the autocrat for information and to reserve space.
