Volunteer For Estrella War - ONLINE SIGN-UP FORM

It's easy to volunteer a few hours helping with the work that makes the Estrella War run. Estrella War is a week long, SCA event for over 7,000 people that is completely run by volunteers; so everyone working at the event, from the Main Event Coordinators to the person standing at the entrance directing traffic, is an unpaid volunteer. That's why everyone who attends Estrella War is asked to share the work by volunteering for 2-4 hours while they attend. You can also schedule volunteer time in advance or on site.

A&S Teacher sign-up form - ONLINE

Whatever your art, skill, or special knowledge of the arts and sciences of the Middle Ages, you are cordially invited to join us for an hour (or longer) instructing a captivated audience at Estrella War XXV. To become an instructor, submit your information online. Instructors who wish their classes listed in the Estrella War XXV Gatebook must submit their Instructor Registration Forms, and receive a confirmation from the Collegium Coordinator, no later than December 31st, 2008.

Organize Special Events - ONLINE

http://www.estrellawar.org/Activities/SpecialEvents.aspx

In addition to the official medieval activities outlined in the Estrella War Treaty, there are many traditional and one-of-a-kind tournaments, competitions, and artisan activities held during the Estrella War each year. These "Special Events" often require use of a particular location at the site, or special site services, and people usually wish the event included on the Estrella War schedule. To reserve a location and get a Special Event onto the Estrella War schedule shown on this website and in the Gatebook distributed when people arrive at the event, complete the online Special Events form, and send it to the Special Event Coordinator by December31st 2008.

If you're considering scheduling a winter vacation to attend the event next year, start planning with the Estrella War website! Estrella is now a week full of Adventure in the Middle Ages.
