"Across America" to Feature Pennsic War

Subscribers to DIRECTV will want to set their VCRs to "record" when HD.Net's "Across America" airs a segment filmed at Pennsic 32. On Sunday September 14, 2003 at 8:30 pm (EDT), HD.Net (Channel 79) will broadcast Across America, a magazine series, one segment of which was taped at this year's Pennsic War. The Across America crew filmed on the battlefield and near Chirurgeon's Point, among other sites, but time will tell what footage made the final cut.

From the program guide:

8:30 PM ET / 5:30 PM PT HDNet's Across America
Pennsic War - Across America goes back to medieval times for Pennsic War 32. Over ten thousand people gather in rural Pennsylvania, dress up in full amour and beat each other up in full contact battles.

Thanks to Elaine of Alderford for the heads up.
