The site is within one mile of I-77 and US 250, and less than 1/2 mile from a fast food strip and shopping area. (And a hospital, which we hope we won't need.) There are bathhouses with hot showers. The site is dry. All martial activities except thrown weapons and equestrian will be held indoors. There is space for outdoor daycamps.
Merchants will have indoor space but need to bring their own tables or display racks. Merchants may also have the option of setting up outdoors, weather permitting.
Stall rental for horses is available, and their owners may camp onsite for an additional charge. Those wishing to rent stalls should contact the Autocrat or Equestrian marshal BY MARCH 28.
