Emmerich of Vakkerfjell elevated to Pelican in the West

Mistress Etaine announced that a vigil was held March 21, 2008 to allow Master Emmerich of Vakkerfjell, OL to contemplate his elevation to the Order of the Pelican the following day.

The vigil was marked by the celebration of a period Vespers service (Byzantine) for the first 30 minutes, followed by an evening where visitors and peers were able to speak to Master Emmerich.

The elevation took place on Saturday March 22, 2008 by the hands of Their Majesties Gemini and Mari of the Kingdom of the West.
