Unto the populace of Lochac does Mordenvale extend its invitation to join in on our very first annual Rhythm & Brews Tourney and Feast.
Come along for a Rose Tourney to honour the time old court of love in a spectacular St Valentine's boast of chivalry and prowess.
Settle in for an evening of entertainment from the bawdy to the harmonic. Be refreshed by period beverages of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic varities while feasting in true Mordenvalian style.
Go to sleep in a dorm environment or camp beneath the beautiful Central Coast stars; awaking to a satisfying cooked breakfast to be had while you peruse the wares from our Merchants.
Each gentle will be given the opportunity to vote for their favorite entertainer/s on the night; as well as their favorite beverage. A lucky door prize will also be awarded during the festivities.

Please note that the Scout camp is a DRY site and the only alcoholic beverages allowed to be brought into the site will those provided during the feast. It is also an encouraged no smoking venue. Please email if you have any special menu requirements and we will do our best to structure around your needs where possible.

For those interested in entering the Arts and Sciences competitions: There will be four prizes awarded on the night.
- 1st: A lucky door prize for one lucky person.
- 2nd: A cash prize for the best "keg" brew provided for sampling on the night. (Beer, cider, ginger etc)
- 3rd: A cash prize for the best "spirit" beverage provided for sampling on the night.
- 4th: The best entertainment on the night.
Remember; your beverage does not have to be alchoholic, you may like to enter one or more of each beverage into the sampling. Brewers will be set up along the back for feasters to ask questions and taste their wares.
Entertainment: there will be half hour slots allocated. At each half hour the herald will announce the next entertainment. To secure your place please email me. There will be a maximum of 8 slots only. So, to secure the spot that you think will capture the most attention please get in early. Types of entertainment can include singing (bawdy/troubadour/minstral or other), dancing (performing and/or teaching), short play or mummery, recital of play scenes, poetry (own or recital), jester, jugglers and what ever else you wish to suggest to me....
Each person in attendance will be given a score sheet upon arrival
which they will be able to fill out with comments and then score their
favorite for each category. Prizes will be announced at the closing of
