"Was it Done With Mirrors?" to be Aired on "60 Minutes"

The August 3, 2003 edition of the CBS news show "60 Minutes" will replay a segment on the use of optical projections by Renaissance painters, the work of artist David Hockney and physicist Charles Falco. First aired in November 2002, a 15-minute segment of "60 Minutes" will discuss the work of David Hockney and Charles Falco, who collaborated on a research project to prove the use of lenses and mirrors as aids to early Renaissance painters, and their impact on Western art.
