Enjoy the day surrounded by woods and sky and in the evening, celebrate the day's events with a hearty feast and voices raised in song around the bonfire. Merchants are welcome to market their wares. There will also be an A&S competition, so prepare!

It has been a good season of fair trading (we can call it “trading”, yes?) and the time is right to celebrate our seafaring acumen as well as our health and wealth. Come and join other like-minded souls for a day of lusty pleasure; duelling, gambling, game playing, storytelling and enjoying the fruits of the brewer’s arts.

We are celebrating 5 years of open barns and practices! If you are interested in learning more about the horse activities in the southern part of our fair Kingdom then here is your chance. We will have a relaxing and safe environment for those wanting to experience the wonderful world of horses in the SCA. Activities will be geared towards all levels so everyone can participate! Equine Liability Class, rider and grounds crew authorizations will be available.

Celebrate a day of courtly love, romance and chivalry with unusual tourneys for both heavy (armored) and rapier, games, competitions, and the more genteel arts like hand kissing and dancing. So hang your heart on your sleeve (literally) and come have fun. The Populous will bid on the heavy fighters to represent them in the List. Bidders to have a favor (competition) to give to the combatant they win.

Once again, Stowe-on-the-Wowld is running this event inspired by Moorish Spain. Heathens and Infidels will clash in the afternoon tourney after which there will be a lavish feast in sumptuous surroundings.

There will be both a heavy armored and rapier champion, as well as a boffer tourney to determine the Junior Champion (two age groups). As we in Rivenoak are a little "different," the tourney will be run a little "different" (expect other than double elimination). Also, as we in Rivenoak are also known as "gameplayers", there will be several game tournaments to choose from, or bring your own, and challenge us with your favorite. The year is 1242. The Mongols have swept through the lands, making many things their own in the process. Now Batu han, the grandson of Genghis Khan, is ready to establish his capital at Saraj. Join the Golden Horde for a celebration of conquest, the horse, and the Golden Camp along the River Volga as the Turks and Mongols are united as the Tatar people.

There will dancing, entertainment, a gaming area, Bocce (lawn bowling), and a surprise or two. A children's area set aside,(no structured activities are scheduled).

Once again there is cause for the Baronies of Sacred Stone and Black Diamond to meet on the fields of Elchenburg Castle to seek resolution to conflict. With the help of their friends they will strive to settle their differences throug artistic, scientific, heraldic and martial competitions.
