Hello! Once again the Shire of Drakenmere presents its homage to love at our
fourth Jour d'Amour, this year with a focus on Persian Romance. As part of
the festivities we will host the third Iron Garb competition!
In the Iron Garb competition, teams of up to four people compete to create
an entire outfit in one day. Each competition has a different focus or theme
that is revealed the morning of the competition, and at the end of the day

Given the much renowned success of our first Interkingdom practice in
October, we have been asked often and loudly for a sequel. This time,
the practice will be closer to Atlantian borders held on 1/25/09 from
Noon to 5pm in the shire of Caer-Adamant, who proudly offered to host
the practice at their indoor practice site (which just happens to have
an adjacent bar).

The Barony of the Osprey is now in possession of this land. Come help the brave Osprey loyalists turn back the hordes of the Magenta Marauder from Seleone as the pirates attempt to steal it back.

Join us on a campaign with “The One appointed by Heaven to rule all nations” Genghis Khan. As we travel along the road with our activities: A&S Competitions in costume, Brewing, Armoring, Jewelry, Leatherwork, Woodwork, Armoring, (Preference will be given to Mongolian items the Khan would have used.) a double-elimination tournament, Best Dressed Mongol Couple, Friday Night Mongol movie and beer, Mongolian Archery, Best Severed Head, followed by Severed Head Bocce.
