Mangia\, mangia\, mangia! But before you can eat\, you have to learn how to cook! The Barony of Settmour Swamp invites you to learn all about creating feasts at our Cooking Collegium on June 28th\, from 10 am to 10 pm at St. Paul's Church in Flemington\, NJ.

We have classes to satisfy your brain and your stomach\, for beginner chefs to advanced ones. Throughout the day\, cooking\, brewing\, and herb related classes will be taught. We will have three types of classes\: technique and theory\, tasting (sampling foods)\, and hands-on (cooking or prepping food). Many of you have either heard or read my words regarding the lack of chirurgeons in the West Kingdom. In another effort to help alleviate this problem\, we are having a chirurgeon's collegium on Sunday June 29\, 2008.

Chirurgeons and those who would like to be chirurgeons come join us for a day of classes to get or renew your certification.
