description:
Atop the Capitoline Hill, Jupiter, Juno and Minerva are greatly pleased by the statesmanship, virtue and skill of Valharic and Arielle. As the Spring sun rises, they grant their favor upon Coronation Day and bless fair Atlantia.

The Barony of Sacred Stone proudly hosts a weekend of Roman and Byzantine revelry including a great mythological Quest in honor of our new Monarchs. The format will require knowledge of the history and mythology of Rome and will provide entertainment to a broad section of Atlantia's citizens. Location:

Borderwinds Court of Love

The annual Borderwinds Court of Love has been overrun by wild Amazon warriors from the cold steppes of the north! "The Vision of the Twelve Goddesses" is an early 17th century masque, written by Samuel Daniel, was originally commissioned by Queen Anne in 1604 in honor of James I ascension to the throne.

St. Anne's Guild Costumers Symposium

description:
The St. Anne's Costumers Guild and the Barony of Black Diamond are proud to host the St. Anne's Guild Costumers Symposium in Charlottesville, VA. There will be classes all day for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced costumer, ranging from Roman to Elizabethan, undergarments to outergarments, children's garb to fighter's kit. For those with questions about SCA period clothing, a consultation table will be available. University credits will be given to students and teachers attending these classes. Location:

Ides of March Feast and Combataive Arts Workshop

description:
On this excellent V Ides of March we plan to celebrate the coming of the Vernal Equinox. The site opens at 10:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm. The activities planed shall begin at 11:00 with a workshop of all things related to archery given by the Cynaguan Minister of the Bow continuing until 2:00.

Newcomers Feast and Tourney

description:
On Sunday 25th February there will be a combined demo and event at Blackbutt Reserve, New Lambton Heights, in the Mahogony Drive section of the reserve. The demo is for the Scouts. The Scouts event starts at 9am and finishes at 3pm. I think that we should turn up between 9 and 10 for setting up and getting ready. From about 10:30am onwards we can start doing demos.

Red Hot Rapier IV: What's Your Point?

Get ready for five days of unrated Rapiers Gone Wild tm. Mystery Event

description:
It's that time of year again for Arrows' Flights' annual "And now for something completely different" event. This year's mystery is ... Where are the Arrows' Flight Archers?!!! This is to be a great event. There will be fighting of both styles with the criteria for prizes to be announced.

As is tradition (two years now) there will also be a "bad garb" contest with prizes in at least two categories: outrageously awful garb, and mix-and-match garb. So celebrate the end of winter, drag your awful garb out of the back of the closet, and come party with the Shire. Location:

Double Wars XX

description:
Gentles of the known world, you are once more invited to the fair shire of Attemark to join another Double Wars, one that will be marked in the history of our Kingdom - Double Wars XX. This year's highlights will be many, and we will all do our best to bring the Dream to life. We will spend time having classes in the form of a mini University. We will have fighting classes, tourneys of classic and yet a set of more period fighting forms with Pas D´Armes and two grand battles; Magna Carta war and the Knäckebröd war. Heraldic Collegium

A Day of Game(s)

description:
The Dominion of Myrkfaelinn extends an invitation to one and all to visit us for a day of game(s). There will be a variety of medieval board games for all to learn and play including the wee ones. There will be heavy fighting, boffers, and fencing (if we get a marshal). Also there will be some game to eat! Heavy fighting will take place at our wonderful indoor location, though the marshal might move some activities outdoors, weather permitting. There will be children's activities, dancing for all and a prize for whomever plays the most different games during the day (fighting/fencing does count)! Location:

Stickfighting in the Park

The Houston Stickfighting Association will be at it again for the first of quarterly scheduled combative events featuring martial artists of all "stick-based" fighting styles and NOT LIMITED TO, the Filipino MA systems, but also open to Japanese, Okinawan, Chinese, Thai also including European-style MAists.

Living History Conference and Trade Show

description:
The Historic Military Establishment of Upper Canada is proud to announce that after a one year hiatus the Living History Conference and Trade Show will be returning to the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel in Toronto, Ontario on March 2nd and 3rd 2007.

The schedule is similar to the 2005 conference with a pub social on Friday night including period music, period games, a history trivia contest as well as a great evening to reacquaint yourself with old and hopefully meet some new friends. Saturday will feature our key note speaker Rick Green and 20 seminars to choose from being led by your fellow friends and peers on various historical topics covering times periods from the French & Indian War to World War I.
