Come one and all to a most exciting war between the Barony of Caer Mear and the resident Mongols. This war will be won by war points earned in several different ways.

Day at the Races II: Race to the New World

1550s Spain: Christopher Columbus may have been the first to journey to the New World, but these days it seems every explorer worth his salt is either looking for or holding letters of marque to carry them to a place called the Americas. They have high hopes of bringing back riches and glory. Ponte Alto wishes to commend Spain for its vision to sponsor the first voyage to this wondrous new land. Therefore, we have planned a day of Feasting and Celebration in honor of Spain and the intrepid explorers who followed Columbus' lead.

Octoberfest

The Barony of Wealdsmere invites you to a day of Tournaments and Feasting. We will be holding our annual Toys for Tots Championships. These include a heavy and fencing tourney, as well as an A&S, Bardic and Games competition. The cost to enter any of the tourneys or contests is a new, unwrapped toy. Also, anyone who is not entering a contest may feel free to donate!

Harvest Celebration IV

Unto the populace of An Tir, greetings from Ambergard Shire. Again the harvest has been found to be plentiful, and we now find that we long for friends old and new to gather to share our bounty.

Twelfth Night Coronation

The Shire of Two Seas is honoured to host Drachenwald's Twelfth Night Coronation in A.S. XL. This weekend of celebration and merriment will be held at the "Proitzer Muehle", an old watermill these days used as a seminar centre.

The Barony of Stonemarche invites you to the XVII annual Market Day at Birka. It will be held this year on January 27-28, 2006 at the Center of New Hampshire in Manchester, NH.

Feast Upon the Day of Saint Hedwig VII

Come join with the populace of the Shire of Herons Reach in celebrating yet another year's moss harvest. Though the summer drought has slowed the amount of harvest, the quality is superb. Saturday, October 22nd, a potluck feast will be held to commemorate the Day of St. Hedwig, the patron saint of moss gatherers.

Artisans and Scientists of Meridies! Begin a new tradition in A.S. XL by starting out your annual schedule of Regional A&S Faires with Festival of the Laurels hosted by the Shire of Sol Haven over the weekend of October 21st-23rd at Indian Springs State Park in Flovilla GA.

All knights, masters, squires, and other men-at-arms and their consorts are invited to come arrayed in their best harnesses and heraldic display and enjoy the camaraderie of the field and the pageantry of the Pas de Armes on an Oerthan fall day.

The Barony of Stromgaard and the University of Ithra, Rivers campus bring you a Gothic Ithra on November 5-6, 2005 with a 14th century focus.

Second Feast of St Homobonus

Prepare for a fantastic weekend of feasting and medieval merrymaking on the first weekend of November when Aarnimetsä celebrates the patron saint of tailors and cloth workers.

Samhain 2005

As we all know, the plans for The Rumble On The River had to be postponed for a while due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina. However, it takes more than a storm to stop a 30 year old tradition. So, while the storm has put off the war with the good folks from the Barony of Three Rivers until a later date, The Barony of Grey Niche will celebrate Samhain 2005 with a picnic in the park, blood drive, and fundraising tournament.
