Shire Troll Fen's Swamp Romp/TOC Qualifier January 28 - 30, 2011

The Barony of Delftwood will be hosting a regional heavy weapons fight practice on Sunday, January 15th beginning at noon. I invite all that would hone their martial skills and have a good time to attend.

This is a FREE, one-day collegium. Class tracks to include Late Period Costuming, Music, RUM Basics, Accessories & Embellishments, and Early Period Costuming.

To the Warriors of Atlantia, Heed your King's call to arms and come join us for a weekend of training and battle as we prepare to answer the call to War. Your King, Prince and Warlords have scheduled a day of training in preparation for the upcoming Gulf War and Blackstone Raids. This will not be a day for tourneys but for honing the skills of War. Melee training, melee training and more melee training.

Looking for an event between Canterbury Faire and Rowany Festival which is a lot smaller? Want to travel light and leave the armour at home (unless you would enjoy being a target for combat archery!!)

The Shire of Iron Ox would like to invite fighters light and heavy to a Gleann Abhann War Practice which will be held on the 22nd of January 2011.

Join the Barony of Selviergard as we host our Fifth Baronial Collegium! Hot beverages will be provided. There will be an hour and one-half set aside for a brown bag lunch in the middle of the day. No food will be provided, so please bring your own!

It is a heartbreaking day for the populace of Ponte Alto as we gather together to wish a fond farewell to Baron James de Biblesworth and Baroness Katharine Devereaux. Our monumental sorrow is tempered with a great joy, as Their Majesties will invest Lord Drogo Rainulf de Dragonera and Lady Adina von der Heide to oversee Their lands in Ponte Alto!

On December 1, 2010, the bones of an 1,100-year-old pagan were interred at the Viking World museum in Reykjanesbaer, Iceland. The remains, first discovered in 1868, are part of an exhibit on ancient pagan burials.
