Morwenna Trevethan to be elevated to Pelican at Pennsic

Lord Andreas de Caunteton reports that Baroness Morwenna Trevethan of the Kingdom of Atlantia has been placed on vigil to contemplate elevation to the Order of the Pelican for her many years of service as a Chirurgeon.
