Come join the Barony of Winter's Gate as it celebrates the month of many moons! This May includes two moons, called the Flower Moon and the Blue Moon. The usual Captaincy activities are expected: tourney to select the Captain of the Militia to lead our barony during the Border War Faire, a fabulous potluck feast, the pageantry of our noble courts, and children's activities which will include a stick weaving class, A&S classes will consist of Advanced Kumihimo, Drop Spindle, and Heraldry 101: placement. Once again the tender breath of spring has melted the icy heart of winter in the mountains of Atenveldt. Come join the good folk of the Shire of Granite Mountain as we celebrate the Merry Month of May! There will be tournaments to find a champion in Archery and Combat as well as in the Arts and Sciences. The Champion's Challenge will offer a special prize for entries in the Categories of Needlework, Heraldic Display or Metalwork. Location:

The Autocrats for the June 2nd Arts & Sciences Collegium welcome all gentles of the glorious Kingdom of Atenveldt to join us for a beautiful day of classes, displays, games, food, and fun.
There will be several classrooms and an outdoor area available for our use in passing on knowledge of the arts, sciences, and combat. Other activities include:
*A break in the day to relax and have some lunch (including an opportunity for those culinary enthusiasts to participate in a Populace Choice vote in the best pre-17th century dish)

Hear Ye, Hear Ye all Gentles, Lords and Ladies of the Southern Outlands. Just when it was thought that the Shire of Nahrun Kabirun was asleep it springs back, in the Spring no less, like the Phoenix, to host a grand fighter practice in the form of a Martial Collegium!
The practice will transpire on the 29th of April (a Sunday) from 10 AM
to 5 PM (or later as desired) at Veteran's Memorial Park on

The Daily Express reports that the Roman fort at Caister, near Yarmouth, England, along with hundreds of artifacts, was destroyed when permission was given for builders to excavate on an archaeological site.
