The Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium 2007 will be held in the Barony of Lyondemere, Kingdom of Caid, in the Crowne Plaza Hotel a few blocks from LAX airport. There was so much to do, we couldn't cram it all into one weekend. The dates are Thursday, June 14 through Sunday, June 17, 2007. The event cost is $30 per person until April 1, $35 April 2 through May 15, and $40 May 16 thereafter and at the door. The additional fee for the banquet is $25 until May 15, $30 thereafter (vegetarian selection available, let us know when you send in your reservation). Location:

Come one, come all to the first ever Blackwater Hunt! On September 22, the Shire of Blackwater will hold the first annual Blackwater Hunt at Rock City Part in Olean, NY. The day will be filled with all things hunting archery, thrown weapons, atl-atl.
After a sideboard lunch (plenty of picnic space) the truly brave will depart on a dangerous boar hunt among the rocks! Evening will feature a feast, baric circle and dance it is discreetly damp... Princes to act, monarchs to behold the swelling scene! Imagine, a grand field, surrounded by the pavilions of the greatest nobles of the realm. Pennants snap in the breeze as the heralds call gracious ladies clad in the finest of velvets and brocades to bear witness to the swirling clash of arms!
A glorious day indeed! Harken now to the hall, lanterns and candles throwing soft light on the many banners. The steward ushers the servers forward, their tray piled high with the finest produce and game in the Kingdom.

On the 24th of March AS 41 (2007) in the Barony of Seagirt (Victoria, BC), the populace will gather to celebrate 30 years of the Defender's of Seagirt.
We will celebrate and remember the great times from the first official days of the Shire of Seagirt in the Principality of An Tir, in the Kingdom of the West in 1977 through into the present day Barony of Seagirt in the Principality of Tir Righ, in the Kingdom of An Tir.

Since 1990, the Kitchener-Waterloo branch (Bryniau Tywynnog) of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) has presented a day of classes exemplifying the best of the Middle Ages. Over the years, several other groups such as the Dark Ages Recreation Company, Regia, and AEMMA have joined the SCA in making this an exciting and educational event. FITP is a non-profit event with any profit going to the local chapter of the SCA (a non-profit group). The local chapter also covers the losses in the years where FITP loses money. Location:

Welcome one and all to the glorious battle between the Mists and Cynagua! This two day camping event will include a joint party and BBQ by the large fire pit on Saturday night! Anne Serre will be roasting a whole pig!
