Calling all Vikings (and neighbors of Vikings)! It's time once again to set up our Viking Village at the Annual Jamestown Scandinavian Folk Festival. We would love to have as many people as possible join us in this celebration of all things Viking.

March Collegium

Join the Barony of Selviergard as we host our first Spring Collegium. We will have visiting teachers from the Kingdom of the Outlands. Hot beverages will be provided. There will be an hour and one-half set aside for a brown bag lunch in the middle of the day. No food will be provided, so please bring your own!

House Golden Oak Winner of Estrella Siege Cookoff

A team of cooks from House Golden Oak won the siege cooking contest at Estrella War XXII. They reportedly also went on to roast a whole pig - on site - for a feast for Their Majesties of the Outlands Sunday evening.

It is my great pleasure to invite you to "Road to the Isle, a Trip to the MiddleEast". We will leave from South Range, MI, here in Mistig Waetru at 9am on April 22, travel all day and return that same evening.

There will be Rapier and Heavy Weapons events, an Artisan's Row, a Children's Quest, and some Merchants (Merchant space is still available).

Baroness Gwynnyd has announced a drive to help replace supplies for those reenactors who lost those materials necessary to enjoy their hobby during last year's devastating hurricane season.

Archaeological Survey of Royal Mile to be Conducted

Radar technology will be used to aid archaeological work on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. Researchers hope to discover such historical buildings as Edinburgh's Tollbooth and Tyne Gaol.
