Salisbury House, a 42-room mansion located in Des Moines, Iowa which is modeled after the King's House in Salisbury, England, is celebrating its reopening for public tours after an extensive renovation with "Swords & Shawls," an exhibit featuring a display of swords dating from Medieval times through the 19th century.

Horns sound and drums roll, banners dance on the breeze, Chevaliers parade in armor shining and merchants call their wares. Mummers prance, jesters grin, laughter swells like the seas, Archers shoulder their quivers full and music fills the air. Juggler's entrance, food delights, excitement buzzes like the bees, Fencers flash their blades dazzling and little children stare.

All archers in the Noble Kingdom of Atlantia are invited to come to the Kingdom Archery Championship. Test your skills against the evil that lurks within the Kings' forest. You will be shooting for fun and honor, speed and accuracy. ALL levels of archers are encouraged to come spend the day doing what all archers love to do, emptying their quiver. You will need to bring many arrows/bolts for this challenge.
