After Katrina, Barony of Axemoor welcomes Known World back to fighter practices

THL Byron DeLancy, the Knights Marshal at the Barony of Axemoor in New Orleans, reports that the Barony's regular fighter practices are "back up and running" as the area continues the long recovery from Hurricane Katrina.

Those concerned with the loss of Grimms as a tent rental provider for the Pennsic War will be glad to know that a list of companies who will supply this service is now available.

Loch Salann Defenders

As the spring doth bring renewal of life it also brigs for the threat of that devious demon decapod that saline swilling fiend of the depths once again setting its many limbs upon the shored of Loch Salann. Once again the warriors of the now endangered Barony are called upon to push this threat back into the briny depths from whence it reared it's vile head.

The gentles of the Barony of Caer Anterth Mawr and the Shire of Ravenslake are very excited about this years’ camping event. We have planned many activities. The site is the same as last year and it absolutely beautiful.

We are surrounded on three sides by a lake where there is a beach for swimming. There is a hill with trees that adds to the fun of the fighting field. We will again be sponsoring heavy, light and children’s combat and archery. There will be A&S classes and activities and merchants selling their wares. Location:
