A lone rider comes with a missive from the fairest kingdom Trimaris far to the south where alas the sun still shines. The Most Noble Company of the Azure Rose shall host a grand and glorious tournament of lance and sword near the borderlands to honor the Ladies of the Rose of the Knowne World.
Beautiful and Noble Ladies of greatest virtue will award rich prizes and largesse. Chivalric Knights and brave Squires shall take to the field to hone their skills of war bringing with them their fierce Archers.

On behalf of the Incipient Shire of Drakenmere, we would like to extend a special invitation to all performing artists in Meridies to attend Jour d'Amour (Weekend of January 26-28) at Indian Springs State Park in Jackson, GA. The theme of the event is the "Venetian Carnivale," and thus we wanted to have a special emphasis on performing arts. We have arranged most of the day in the main hall to be set up solely for performing arts (Poetic Oration, European Dance, Middle Eastern Dance, Instrumentals, and Vocal Performance--if you have a question about where your performance might fit in, contact us, and we'll work something out). Location:
