Lord Cormac has announced that the Samhain 2005 event, which was postponed due to the affects of Hurricane Katrina, has been rescheduled. The event will take place in the Barony of Grey Niche in Gleann Abhann on October 29, 2005.

The Barony of Grey Niche's annual October event, Samhain, scheduled for Halloween weekend, has been cancelled, as detailed in the following message from the autocrat to the barony's e-mail list on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2005.

As we all know, the plans for The Rumble On The River had to be postponed for a while due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina. However, it takes more than a storm to stop a 30 year old tradition. So, while the storm has put off the war with the good folks from the Barony of Three Rivers until a later date, The Barony of Grey Niche will celebrate Samhain 2005 with a picnic in the park, blood drive, and fundraising tournament.
